How can I make a room reservation?

You can make a reservation through the hotel's official website, or by contacting our reservation team directly via telephone/WhatsApp at (0719-9303888 or 0878-8530-3888).

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments through the hotel's official website, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, as well as direct payments at the hotel (cash or card).

Can I cancel or change my reservation date?

Yes, it is possible depending on the cancellation policy of each reservation type. Please check the details during booking.

Check-in & Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Yes, it is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge.

Is a deposit required at check-in?

A deposit is required when guests request an additional room key. The deposit is IDR 50,000 per key, which will be refunded upon check-out once the key is returned.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel area.

Does the hotel provide breakfast?

It depends on the room package. Some packages already include breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.

Currently, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Yes. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms. Smoking in non-smoking rooms is not allowed and will incur a penalty IDR1.000.000 in accordance with the hotel's policy.

Guests are allowed after reporting to the front office and presenting valid identification
