Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is available until 12:00 PM (noon).
Yes, subject to room availability. Please note that additional charges may apply for early check-in or late check-out requests.
A deposit is only required if guests request an additional room key. A deposit of IDR 50,000 per extra key will be charged and will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided the room key is returned to the Front Office.

At this time, pets are not permitted on the hotel premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
No. Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms. However, we do offer smoking rooms for guests who prefer to smoke, as well as designated smoking areas within the hotel. Smoking in a non-smoking room is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty in accordance with the hotel's policy.
Yes, visitors are permitted to enter guest rooms. However, they must register at the Front Office, present a valid identification card, and comply with the hotel's policies and standard operating procedures (SOP). Visitors are also expected to respect the comfort and privacy of other guests. Access is subject to the hotel's policies and may be restricted under certain circumstances.
